现任文化创意与管理专业助理教授。梁海勇博士从事心理统计学、设计教育及设计专业研究。毕业於香港教育大学(教育博士)、香港理工大学(品管硕士)、香港理工大学(艺术及设计教育学士)。 2006年起为香港学术及职业资历评审局(创意工业/印刷及出版业)学科专家;香港专业进修学院之过往资历认可评核员(印刷及出版);于2010至2012年曾任香港设计联会会长;2011年获得Adobe Certified Educator资格;为美国纽约美术总监协会会员;英国设计研究协会会员;美国心理统计学协会会员;美国全国教育测量委员会会员及香港设计指南(www.designdirectory.hk)创办人。

设计专业方面,曾任职4A广告公司自由设计师及本地平面设计公司设计师。1996年成为灵高设计美术总监及W&M集团创作总监。2005年成为全球ORCA运动品牌之品牌设计师,2006年应领群 (AQUENT)邀请成为香港飞利浦设计工作室(Philips Design)美术总监。2007年於香港设计中心任职设计教育经理。2010年为国内创意人力资源机构PAE(北京)设计全球设计师招聘评估系统。
