Dr. Ming Wai KWAN attained her Bachelor degree in University of South Australia. Master and Doctoral degrees in Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  She obtained strong experiences in airline, travel, property, and exhibition and event industry. She acquires rich teaching experiences in different universities.  Her area of expertise includes innovative service management, creative event management and creative culture.
